Building a team which established and continue to improve our “machine”.

Focusing on new opportunities while not worrying about the day-to-day.

Going back to “work” (for someone else).

Anyone who is passionate about what they do.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Procrastination and “style”.
What are your top tips for balancing work and life?
It’s not bad for “life” to see how you “work” and vice versa.
What is something new that you learned about running a business this year?
Sales process is just as important as delivery process.
What is your most marked characteristic?
I am not sure, but I am pretty opinionated. It’s based on the passion I have for what we do and that our work should matter.
What is your greatest regret?
Taking my eye off the ball and trying to start up a second business instead of building up my primary.
What is your motto?
What gets measured gets done.
What is a legal mistake you wish someone warned you about?
Even when you write that an agreement is “not binding” it will be used against you as “binding”.
When running your business, what do you struggle with most?
Taxes and regulations… I like having a basic understanding of what is required of us, but state/federal changes and complexity make me get glossy eyed and turn off.
What advice would you give to yourself at 25 years old?
Stay focused!
