Meyer Law Ltd. is seeking an attorney with 7+ years’ experience working with technology companies on corporate and securities matters to join its growing practice.  

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Advising clients on various entities, such as corporations and limited liability companies.
  • Drafting corporate-related documents, such as bylaws, minutes, consents and founder’s agreements.
  • Advising clients on various structures to raise money.
  • Drafting investment-related documents, such as convertible notes and subscription agreements.
  • Due diligence reviewing clients structure, contracts, and more.
  • Assisting clients with state and federal filings.
  • Assisting clients with legal strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Advising clients on data security and privacy compliance.
  • Drafting privacy and data security-related policies.
    Assisting clients with legal strategy.
  • Assisting in training various business units on data security and privacy matters.

  • review and draft vendor agreements
  • review and draft various commercial contracts
  • review and draft contract templates, structure and recommend areas of improvement
  • provide exceptional customer service
