If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I can be too extreme at times and push myself too far. I’ve learned to listen to my body and slow down and surrender.
What are your top tips for balancing work and life?
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Your body is your oracle. If you’re tired, sleep. If you’re hungry, eat. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. Balance comes from being super aligned with your highest truth and being in synch with your body as opposed to forcing it. Boundaries. Balance. Loving yourSelf.
What is something new that you learned about running a business this year?
If we can make it through a pandemic, we can make it through anything.
What is your most marked characteristic?
Being Bold
What is your greatest regret?
Nothing. Everything has led me here. It’s perfect.
What is your motto?
Speak your truth. Even if your voice shakes.
What is a legal mistake you wish someone warned you about?
To put my name on my own business in a partnership. Yup. I didn’t do that. And damn did I learn the hard way.
When running your business, what do you struggle with most?
Sometimes discipline of getting the paperwork and other redundant tasks done. Have learned to outsource help when I can though so I can focus on what I do best.
What advice would you give to yourself at 25 years old?
Love yourSelf. And invest in yourSelf to learn your truth. You are such a Queen and you have no idea how powerful you are.
