What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Learning from my failures for sure!
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Finding happiness daily is my idea of perfect. Happiness can be found in so many things if we look hard enough.
What is your greatest fear?
My greatest fear is that I will let my family down then mean so very much to me.
Whom do you most admire?
My father, he was a tremendous lover of life!
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I wish I could relax more.
What are your top tips for balancing work and life?
Some days are harder than others and it’s ok to pace yourself. I always make time for a run!
What is something new that you learned about running a business this year?
No investment book will ever tell you how to raise money during a pandemic:)
What is your most marked characteristic?
I am humble and I think that is a unique characteristic for a CEO in the start-up world!
What is your greatest regret?
Going back to corporate America…it is not for me!
What is your motto?
I tell everyone that works for me Bplus is good enough if you are getting A’s you aren’t busy enough.
What is a legal mistake you wish someone warned you about?
Filing your own taxes!! Always use an accountant.
When running your business, what do you struggle with most?
Patience. It is important to be patient when you are depending on the assistance of partners or investors. I have to work on that skill constantly.
What advice would you give to yourself at 25 years old?
Start a business now. You will fail more than you will succeed so get started early!
