I’m a legal and compliance professional with specialized expertise in Information Technology and Privacy Law. My work focuses on contracts, regulatory compliance, and strategic business initiatives. I have extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing client and vendor relationships, leading cross-functional projects, and advising on data privacy and evolving regulatory landscapes.
As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), I’m passionate about helping organizations navigate complex privacy laws and compliance requirements—empowering them to move forward with confidence in today’s fast-changing legal and tech environment.

I love the intersection of law, technology, and strategy—it’s constantly evolving and keeps me on my toes. Being able to help organizations confidently navigate complex privacy regulations and compliance challenges is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy being a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping clients protect their interests while supporting their growth and innovation.
Where did you go to undergrad and law school?
I earned my B.S. in Political Science from the University of Dayton and my Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago, where I also completed an LL.M. in Privacy Law.
