Tricia Meyer is a serial entrepreneur, business lawyer and mom of 6! Tricia is the Founder + Managing Attorney at business law firm, Meyer Law, and Co-Founder at The Clever Baby. Elisa Miller-Out is a business leader, investor, technologist and mother. She is chair of the board for Singlebrook, a web software development firm she co-founded in 2006 and for which she served as CEO until 2016, when she oversaw the acquisition of the firm’s largest division. Not one to sit still, in 2017 she founded Chloe Capital, an early-stage venture capital fund on a mission to bring more women into technology investing and leadership. To date, Chloe Capital has funded 45 companies with a combined portfolio value of over $800 Million and drawn more than 40,000 members to its #InvestInWomen movement. Beyond leading her own companies, Elisa’s greatest passion is sharing her business knowledge with others. She actively mentors business leaders every day and has mentored several hundred in recent years through her various roles, such as managing partner for Chloe Capital, Entrepreneur in Residence at Cornell University and Launch NY, Instructor for the National Science Foundation (NSF) and Innovation Advisor to the NY State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA). Elisa has served on the boards of numerous commercial enterprises, including Dimensional Energy and Switch the Future as well as the NY State Climate Action Council. Her commitment to diversity and her individual achievements have garnered numerous awards, as well as coverage in The New York Times, The Washington Post and USA Today.

Peter Adams serves as the Managing Director of the Rockies Venture Fund, the Rockies Vintage Fund, Rockies Wyoming Fund, Rockies Seed Fund, and Rockies Space Fund. He also serves as Director of the Rockies Venture Club, the longest running angel investing group in the U.S. RVC is a non-profit organization furthering economic development in Colorado by connecting investors and entrepreneurs and facilitation of Colorado’s largest angel investor groups. He is the creator of the HyperAccelerator and AngelAccelerator programs – uniquely teaching both sides of the investment table and advocating for partnership over adversarial SharkTank type founder/investor relationships. Peter lives aboard his sailing catamaran and works with startup ecosystems wherever the winds take him. After a winter in Montenegro, Peter has joined the Digital Den startup studio and is co-founder of the Balkan Tech Fund investing in early stage startups in the Balkan Region of Eastern Europe. Peter is co-author of Venture Capital for Dummies (John Wiley & Sons. 2013) presenting entrepreneurs with an inside view of what is needed to raise angel and venture financing in a competitive and fast moving market. Peter has over forty years of business experience in corporate leadership roles as CIO and economics director and as a CEO/serial entrepreneur. Peter has spoken at conferences and universities around the world and taught the Capstone course for the Executive MBA program at Colorado State University.

Desiree Vargas Wrigley is a Latina serial entrepreneur and Chief Innovation Officer of P33, Executive Director of TechRise by P33, and a founding partner of The Josephine Collective, an angel group focused on empowering women and people of color to become investors. Her companies include Pearachute, a company that helps parents and children drop into the best family activities in town. Prior to launching Pearachute, Desiree co-founded GiveForward, the world’s leading crowd giving platform for people facing a major life event. Under her leadership, the company helped friends and family contribute nearly $160M to loved ones in need. After graduating from Yale, Desiree worked at the Kauffman Foundation as a specialist in entrepreneurship and at Arabella Philanthropic Investment Advisors. She taught New Venture Discovery at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Desiree has been named Inc’s 30 Under 30, Crain’s 40 Under 40, one of Parents Magazine’s Most Inspiring Moms, one of Forbe’s Women to Watch, and has appeared on Shark Tank, closing one of the largest deals on the show to date. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 young sons, stepdaughter, and crime-fighting husband.
Melody Ashby is a Senior Attorney at Meyer Law, one of the fastest growing law firms in the United States.
