What are your top tips for balancing work and life?
People confuse internal balance with external balance. The point is not to be externally balanced all the time. The point is to be internally balanced. Achieving greatness requires getting externally off balance often, but you don’t have to be internally off balance (mentally and emotionally).
What is something new that you learned about running a business this year?
How to manage a team successfully while working less.

Making things happen regardless of the circumstances.

Not quitting my careers sooner.

Live intentionally with love and grit.

Signing too many contracts. I’m a handshake girl.

Being COO. It’s my least favorite.
