What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Writing my Master’s Thesis – it was a passion project that taught me so much about how to synthesize ideas and find clarity amid complex and multi-faceted problems.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Cuddling on the couch with my partner and our pup, watching TV, and just enjoying the little things.

What is your greatest fear?

Heights! But that doesn’t stop me from trying to face my fears head-on. Last year I went down Mexico’s tallest zipline (4 stories high!) just to show myself I can face my fears.

Whom do you most admire?

My parents. They sacrificed so much to come to the US and give me the best life they could, but they also taught me to be charitable and compassionate, and to love my neighbor.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I would make myself a little bit taller – to match how I feel on the inside!

What are your top tips for balancing work and life?

Look at the bigger picture. Life has different seasons, with different needs for work/life balance. It’s ok not to have it perfect all the time, just make sure that you’re giving life the attention it needs in the bigger picture.

What is something new that you learned about running a business this year?

Surround yourself with other people who are in a similar pace in their entrepreneurial journeys. Having support from peers is so important.
