What is your specialty?

I advise privately held and publicly traded companies on a broad range of legal and business matters, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, compliance, employment matters, and risk management. After more than a decade serving as in-house counsel, I understand the legal and business challenges companies face every day. That experience allows me to provide practical, business-oriented advice that reflects not only the legal issues involved, but also the operational and strategic considerations that drive business decisions.

Why do you love what you do?

The most rewarding part of practicing law is solving complex problems and helping clients navigate challenging situations. Every client and every business is different, and understanding their objectives is essential to providing meaningful legal advice. Whether negotiating an agreement, advising on a strategic decision, or resolving a difficult issue, my goal is to deliver practical solutions that help clients move their business forward while appropriately managing risk. I enjoy building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor clients can rely on.

Where did you go to school?

I received my Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law and my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University, graduating cum laude with distinction in Finance.
