What is your specialty?
My practice is dedicated to intellectual property law, specifically trademark and copyright. I counsel clients across the full IP lifecycle, from initial clearance and registration through enforcement and ongoing portfolio maintenance, both in the US and internationally. I also have extensive experience with trademark oppositions, cancellations, UDRP domain disputes, DMCA takedowns, counterfeit enforcement, fair-use, and rights of publicity, as well as post-registration maintenance including portfolio renewals, USPTO audit responses, deadline monitoring, and assignment filings.
Why do you love what you do?
I love what I do because of the clients. Entrepreneurs and creatives are wired differently. They take risks, think boldly, and pour everything into what they build. Working alongside people like that is genuinely inspiring. My job is to make sure that the IP side of their business is as strong as their vision, so they can focus on what they do best without worrying about protecting what they have built.
