What is your specialty?

For over a decade, I have counseled companies on corporate governance, securities, regulatory compliance, and risk management. I began my career at a large international law firm, followed by several years at boutique firms, experience that has given me the opportunity to work with businesses of every size, from startups to established companies. I strive to provide practical perspective, not only flagging potential legal issues, but also helping clients weigh legal risks against the operational realities driving their decisions.

Why do you love what you do?

I love making the complex simple, and ultimately, helping clients achieve their goals. I enjoy building long-term relationships where I can watch my clients grow their businesses, often from inception to exit.

University of Virginia (BA, economics) and George Washington University Law School (JD with honors)
