What is your specialty?
I specialize in commercial transactions, including technology agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and general corporate matters. Before joining Meyer Law, I was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of a large financial services company, leading a team of 15 attorneys. I have 40+ years of experience providing support for corporate transactions of all kinds.
Why do you love what you do?
I love working with business partners to achieve the shared objective of getting a deal done. It is great to see a goal get realized as a result of my efforts!
Where did you go to undergrad and law school?
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. I earned my law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
